STORAGE IS KING IN THIS 1,800 square foot condo. Cabinet depths & heights were maximized to gain every square inch we could find without overwhelming the space. The material used is mix between stained birch and a thermofoil (formed plastic) from Northern Contours of St. Paul, MN. The birch brings in the earth element to make it cozy while the thermofoil creates a colorful palette to play with.

Keeping in a modern feel, we created a linear look using drawer fronts over doors, even if they open as a door. The frosted glass uppers are made of Alumiun to pull the grays out of the Northern Contours and lift upwards.  The sink is made of a granite composite, and is sturdy and resistant to stains to stay looking new and fully function.
