This was a rehab flip house in North Minneapolis that was funded by Morgan Company out of Minneapolis. Morgan Co. is a small real estate investment company that has a focus on taking a space that has been well lived in, but in need of some TLC. By taking yesterday’s style and bringing in today’s function and design, we’ve created a home that has history and is ready for a new chapter.
